Our Services
This is a 30 minute consult (virtual or in-person) where we will review the spaces you are hoping to design or the current function issue you are dealing with. Your designer will take pictures and initial measurements to create a floor plan, along with providing you with a more detailed questionnaire about your vision for your home.
This is a follow-up to the initial consultation. At this level of service, your designer will provide back to you a detailed floor plan with clear action items, design board, and shopping list to continue project. At this level of service, you can decide to take the information as a guidebook and complete the improvements yourself or to move to the next stage of service.
This is a full service design treatment - your designer will work diligently to understand your style and how the space needs to function. Following the initial consultation and delivery of design plan, your designer will see the project through to completion - managing all sourcing, delivery, installs, and renovation work. *Renovation cost that is outsourced is not included in this price, but the cost of the designer managing and overseeing the labor is. Your designer will work within your total budget to ensure that design + renovation cost are within plan.
